Agency Growth Consultant, LLC

What holds us back from becoming conscious leaders?

In this session, you'll discover how trauma healing informs our efficacy as leaders, the misconceptions around empathy and vulnerability—particularly as women in leadership roles—and how being unapologetic about our values helps us create more sustainable businesses. If you're curious about living and leading in a more integrated way, one that's more aligned with putting people, planet and profit on the same level, this session is for you.

Kelly Campbell, a fellow Forbes Business Council member, is a Trauma-Informed Conscious Leadership Coach, helping creative and technology leaders transform both life and agency. The former owner of a cause marketing firm for 14 years, she focuses on personal development, purpose, positioning, people, pipeline and profitability as part of her proprietary 6 P’s framework.

Most recently, she founded Consciousness Leaders, a representation agency pairing trusted and diverse experts with organizations to create positive change and drive lasting results. She is currently authoring her first book on defining conscious leadership as a healing journey.

In AI we trust?
Three wrong questions about trust and Artificial Intelligence

Starting your own business and picking the right niche in no time

No trust, no use: trust is often put forward as a critical success factor when it comes to the acceptance and use of new technologies. But it’s not as simple as that. Does the use and acceptance of new technologies really go hand in hand with trust? To implement trust and AI more successfully, you first need one thing: better questions.

Marisa Tschopp is a researcher at scip ag and Women in AI Ambassador Switzerland. She is researching AI and technology from a psychological perspective, with a wide range of questions related to psychological phenomena with a specific interest in ethical implications. Her research areas are about trust (What does it take to trust AI?), behavioral performance measurement of conversational AI (How smart is Siri?), and lethal autonomous weapons system (killer robots and how to ban them!), agency, leadership And gender equality.. She published various media articles, book chapters, and papers and is a frequent speaker on conferences and events worldwide. Marisa holds a Master’s degree in Psychology of Excellence in Business and Education from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich, Germany, as well as a BA business degree, focusing on market and consumer psychology. As a doctoral student at the Leibniz-Institut für Wissensmedien (IWM), she is investigating human machine interaction with a specific focus on relationship and communication patterns between humans and conversational AI.

Exponential Organizations: Scaling Your Business Through Abundance
June 10, 2021

Ann Reilly

Interim Chief Growth Officer

CITIBEATS & ExO COACH

Text Block #1

Starting your own business and picking the right niche in no time

An exponential organization (ExO) grows 10x faster than their peer set by employing a set of 11 attributes. The most important - and the only required - attribute is the Massive Transformative Purpose (MTP) -- the reason an organization exists. Of the other 10 attributes, five exist outside the company and help tap into abundance. The remaining five attributes are internal and help to manage the abundance for implementation. In this session, we'll review the ExO attributes with a special focus on the MTP. All organizations should have an MTP -- and you should too. We'll take the first steps in developing or refining individual MTPs.

Ann is a global executive and leader with a successful track record in the U.S., EMEA and APAC in building winning teams and delivering high growth in competitive markets. She has expertise in developing and executing international strategies on a country-by-country basis and empowering cross cultural teams to create success.

She is also a co-creator of Women4Impact, an international team of innovation experts and change makers with a mission to unlock women’s full potential for a better world. Ann is currently serving as the Interim Chief Growth Officer at Citibeats, a startup helping organizations to bring humanity into decision-making by applying AI to text data produced by citizens and extracting sentiments and opinions.

Starting your own business and picking the right niche in no time

The past year has forced many of us to handle extraordinary situations, both on a business and personal level. As business leaders, we may have spent our energy, time and focus on caring for others, ensuring business continuity, or just maintaining a sense of normalcy. In this session, our panelist will focus the two key topics of discussion:

How have you handled the demands on your focus and energy, without getting overwhelmed? Have you rethought focus and energy in this ‘new normal’?

A famous quote by Thomas Merton (American Trappist Monk & Theologist) says ‘’Happiness is not a matter of intensity, but of balance, order, rhythm and harmony.” What does balance mean to you? How do you create balance in your life?

Growth is a Thinking Game

Starting your own business and picking the right niche in no time

The one thing about growth is it is never one thing. Growth is a thinking game. To achieve it, we must find new and different ways to ignite a beginner’s mind that is open to new ideas and ways of doing things. The pandemic was a black swan event that put an end to business as usual. In a matter of hours, days and weeks, the impact of COVID-19 forced entrepreneurs, leaders and businesses of all sizes to reimagine the future and build a resilient response to the crisis—finding new ways to stay connected and work together to create and uncover opportunity, as well as solve challenges locally and globally. Although some businesses faltered, many more have survived and even thrived because of a determination to think forward.

In this keynote, Tiffani motivates attendees to get comfortable being uncomfortable, take action and find new, different and better ways to grow together now and in the next future.
